Volunteer
Trajectory

Volunteer logs into the website with a one-time registration

asking for a few personal details and certification of domain specific knowledge

Subsequently It takes an average of 54 seconds to book a volunteering session compared to at least 37 minutes by the erstwhile process.

Volunteers choose from more than 50 1-hour time slots offered

on the website, with options to match a variety of preferred interests, locations, and times,

allowing bookings up to 6 months in advance.

Email reminders will be shared that link to their Google/Apple calendars. A 72-Hour cancellation window is made

available to both the users and organizations.

We track the hours volunteered using a Check-In system approved by an on-site stakeholder.
